Nearly twenty years ago, Lapland began with a simple belief that childhood is precious, and the fleeting years of belief in Father Christmas deserve to be honoured with extraordinary care. Since then, more than two million guests have stepped into the magical world of Lapland, experiencing its stories, characters and traditions first-hand.

What started as a live experience has grown into an entire storytelling world, brought to life through experiences, products and now, with Lapland Studios, content. Today, we’re taking the stories that generations of families have experienced at Lapland and bringing them to children around the world by building a universe designed to grow with them throughout their believing years.

Christian Battle is an influential player in the international digital content and creative IP sectors, with extensive experience working with partners in the US and Europe. He has been instrumental in developing and leading Lapland Studios growth strategy, and has created standout IP including Lumo the Lapland Reindeer and Lapland’s hit podcast series.

Melissa is a Creative Producer with 15 years’ experience in children’s content and eight of those in animation, specialising in preschool and working across 2D, 3D, motion capture and stop motion. Her credits include Teletubbies Let’s Go, Tiddlytubbies, Caillou’s New Adventures, Strawberry Shortcake and In the Night Garden Stop Motion. At Lapland Studios she has helped shape Lumo the Lapland Reindeer from a creative and production perspective.

Stephanie has nearly two decades of experience in leadership roles spanning strategy and business operations across EMEA, APAC, North America and Australia, specialising in building the people, financial and operational foundations that enable ambitious businesses to scale. At Lapland, she leads the Group’s strategic and financial planning, shaping the infrastructure to support long-term growth and international expansion without losing the heart of what makes Lapland special.
