Privacy Policy
Trust is at the heart of everything we do at Lapland. Just as you trust us with your Christmas memories, so we seek to maintain your trust in our handling of your personal information. For us, that means treating your information with the care and respect it deserves and giving you full transparency over the data we collect and how we use it.
The information we collect and how we process it depends entirely on your activities and interaction with us. It follows that different Lapland entities may collect and process your personal information in different ways. The entities in the Lapland group of companies (Lapland Group) who may process your personal information are as follows:
- Lapland Live Limited;
- Lapland Emporium Limited;
- Lapland Foundation;
- Lapland World Limited;
- Lapland Studios Limited; and
- Lapland Productions Limited (if you are a performer at one of our events or otherwise a supplier to the Lapland Group).
If you need more information or have any questions, please just contact us – see Section 12 below.

How do we obtain your personal information
2.1 When you get in touch with us
Everything you send us through a form on this site — your name, email address, phone number and message — is collected so that we can reply to you, and for no other purpose.
2.2 When you buy from us
Ticketing and order data is collected by the Lapland entity running the event or the shop you bought from, along with the details needed to take payment and get your order to you.
2.3 When you use our websites and apps
We collect anonymous statistics about how our platforms are used, and only with your consent — which you can change at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer.
2.4 When you work with us
If you perform at one of our events or supply the Lapland Group, we collect the information we need to engage you and to meet our obligations as an employer or a client.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it deleted where we have no continuing reason to keep it. You can also object to us using it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
We will respond to any request within one month. Exercising these rights costs nothing, and we will never treat you differently for having done so.
